Ms. Danziger currently represents literary agencies and assists them with their various publishing deals, including negotiations with publishers, authors, and artists, and drafting of related agreements.
Agreements with Authors, Artists, and Licensors: Ms. Danziger assists agencies in their negotiation and drafting of agreements with respect to their representation of authors, artists, licensors, and consultants.
Agreements with Publishers and Media Companies: Ms. Danziger works with literary agents and assists them in their negotiations and drafting of agreements with international publishers and media companies. Ms. Danziger developed a particular expertise in negotiating such agreements while at Random House, Inc. where she negotiated numerous agreements with agencies, other international publishers, and media companies for the exploitation of publishing and other media rights, including associated film, television, home video and merchandising rights.
